  I had a question about my sewer bill. I stopped by Warren County Courthouse on Saturday August 26th at 4:30 p.m. . The officer on duty in the office refuse to help me. Went down to Tops to ask the lady at the service desk. Thalia. She was extremely kind. And did everything in her power to help me. We were unable to resolve the issue at the time. But her willingness to help me calmed me down from the lack of action of the officer at the Warren County Courthouse. I then later was able to resolve the issue. Solely due to the attendant at the service desk of tops.

  Pros:. Nice selection of items, had assistance finding items. Cons:. Expensive and you have to carry a card to get deals. Pros:. A friendly cashier helped me out with that
