  I bought a refrigerator from them in Aug. 2017 on a Lowes credit card. At the time I had 3 options for payment. 1. no interest for 6 months. 2. Use a 30 dollar off coupon, 3. 5% off on future purchases. I selected the $30 off coupon and understood I would also have 0% interest. I was NOT told that only one option could be used. As a result, I am paying 29.9 % interest monthly on unpaid balance. I checked with customer service and was told that since it has been more than 30 days since purchase, There was nothing they could do. All I got was an apology that the cashier should have explained the options when item was purchased. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND getting a Lowes credit card.
